Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using DevArbor at devarbor.com ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

DevArbor provides free, in-browser utility tools — including calculators, converters, generators, and similar utilities. All tools run entirely inside your web browser. No account, registration, or payment is required to use any tool currently available on the Site. No data you enter into a tool is transmitted to our servers.

3. Tools Provided "As Is" — No Warranty

THE TOOLS AND CONTENT ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Site content at a rate that places unreasonable load on our servers.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original page content (tool code and layouts) without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, original written content, page structure, and branding are the intellectual property of DevArbor and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The underlying calculation logic in individual tools is released under the terms stated in the source repository, if any. Third-party libraries used by tools retain their own licences.

6. Third-Party Links, Advertising, and Affiliates

The Site may display advertisements served by third-party networks (including Google AdSense) and may include links to external websites. We may earn a commission if you click an affiliate link and make a purchase. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. The presence of an advertisement or affiliate link does not constitute an endorsement.

7. Paid Digital Products — Paddle as Merchant of Record

When paid digital products (such as premium tool packs, templates, or guides) are offered on or alongside this Site, all such purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and applicable consumer-law obligations on our behalf. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DevArbor AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TOOL OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
